A blog for sharing my getting to know birds as I learn from my meetings with them! These will mostly be Australian, but will include overseas birds that I meet when I travel.

Sightings:
Cooktown area, Qld.: 2015: October.
Notes:
A northern bird from Queensland, with a threatened sub-species from an area in northern New South Wales. These birds were in trees near a waterhole.
