A blog for sharing my getting to know birds as I learn from my meetings with them! These will mostly be Australian, but will include overseas birds that I meet when I travel.
The blog will just give birds added on a particular day with a page for each bird included so please look at the pages as they will have more photos and text that a post!

Grey-faced Petrel - Pterodroma gouldi
Sightings:
Port Fairy pelagic, 9.11.2014, at least 1 bird.
Eaglehawk Neck pelagic, 15.2.2015.
Notes:
Split from Great-winged Petrel. Apparently a big heavy bill and pale face are key indicators.
