A blog for sharing my getting to know birds as I learn from my meetings with them! These will mostly be Australian, but will include overseas birds that I meet when I travel.
The blog will just give birds added on a particular day with a page for each bird included so please look at the pages as they will have more photos and text that a post!

Notes:
This is a male in breeding plumage. They are tough little birds as he's sitting near an iceberg, and it was snowing lightly.
