Templestowe:  2016:  September, October.
Glynn's Reserve, Warrandyte:  2016:  September, October.
Pound Bend, Warrandyte State Park:  2017:  January.

When their wings are folded, they seem to be black like a corvid, but have a red eye and a curved bill.  When they open their wings to fly, a white wing patch is revealed.
