A blog for sharing my getting to know birds as I learn from my meetings with them! These will mostly be Australian, but will include overseas birds that I meet when I travel.
The blog will just give birds added on a particular day with a page for each bird included so please look at the pages as they will have more photos and text that a post!

Eaglehawk Neck pelagic, Tasmania: 2015: February.
Notes:
The grey head and neck with a paler cap and the distinctive yellow on both parts of the bill are distinctive. Regularly seen on Victorian pelagic trips too.
