A blog for sharing my getting to know birds as I learn from my meetings with them! These will mostly be Australian, but will include overseas birds that I meet when I travel.

Hartlaub's Bustard - Eupodotis hartlaubii
Sightings:
Meru National Park, Kenya, 22.9.2014, 1 bird.
Notes:
Similar to Black-bellied Bustard, but has more black on it's face and a silvery-grey back of neck instead of the brown of the Black-bellied.
