A blog for sharing my getting to know birds as I learn from my meetings with them! These will mostly be Australian, but will include overseas birds that I meet when I travel.
The blog will just give birds added on a particular day with a page for each bird included so please look at the pages as they will have more photos and text that a post!

Blue-naped Mousebird - Urocolius macrourus
Sightings:
Samburu National Park, Kenya, 24.9.2014, 4 birds seen. This was our only sighting in Kenya.
Notes:
Distinctive bird with a very long tail, blue nape, and red and black-tipped bill.
