Templestowe: 2016: September, October, December.
East Doncaster: 2016: October. 2017: January.
The 100 Acres, Park Orchards: 2017: January.
Notes:
They tend to occur in groups over late autumn and winter in north-east Melbourne, causing alarm calls from Noisy Miners.
Their yellow eyes stand out and make identification from ravens and crows easy.
They like to have a bath, but not by themselves.
