A blog for sharing my getting to know birds as I learn from my meetings with them! These will mostly be Australian, but will include overseas birds that I meet when I travel.
The blog will just give birds added on a particular day with a page for each bird included so please look at the pages as they will have more photos and text that a post!

Update 7.1.2017
It's hot and still here.
I've just added a page in the Overseas Birds for Green-billed Coucal from Sri Lanka.
It is fascinating seeing different birds, and the way they fit into their environment. It was a hot morning but is now down to about 30C and cooling as we've had a cool change come through.
Heat looking bird, I like it's coloring and bill. Happy weekend!
